Revopy User Guide

Introduction​

Welcome to the Revopy User Guide.

Revopy is a comprehensive solution designed to help organizations gain actionable insights into their Microsoft 365 environment. It is composed of two integrated components:

  • Revopy Data Extractor – A Managed Application available through the Azure Marketplace that securely connects to Microsoft 365 services via Microsoft Graph API, extracts and preprocesses relevant data, and stores it in a user-provided Azure Storage Account.
  • Revopy App – A Power BI application that connects to the data collected by the Data Extractor and provides rich dashboards and reports across four key areas: Costs, Assets, Users, and Security.

This documentation will guide you through the setup, configuration, and use of both components. Whether you're an IT administrator, financial controller, or security analyst, Revopy helps you make informed decisions by surfacing the most critical insights from your Microsoft 365 environment.
