Introduction
Revopy is a secure and powerful platform that helps you gain complete visibility into your Microsoft 365 environment — optimizing license usage, strengthening security, and reducing unnecessary costs.
Revopy is made up of three core components that work together:
1. Azure Storage
A secure, scalable storage account in your own Azure tenant. This is where all extracted Microsoft 365 data is stored.
You retain full ownership and control over your data.
2. Data Extractor App
An Azure-managed application that securely extracts your Microsoft 365 license, usage, and user information.
- Deploys with minimal required permissions.
- Runs entirely within your own Azure environment.
- Automatically pushes data to your Azure Storage.
Revopy does not access or store any of your data. The Data Extractor is completely isolated within your Azure tenant.
3. Power BI App
A pre-configured Power BI Template App that connects directly to your Azure Storage and visualizes your Microsoft 365 data.
