Revopy Overview
Revopy is designed to provide both a strategic overview and in-depth visibility into your Microsoft 365 environment. It does this through a structured approach that combines high-level dashboards with detailed reports, helping you quickly assess key areas and dive deeper when needed.
Using the Revopy App
Once connected to your data source, the Revopy App is ready to use, no complex setup required. Navigation is straightforward, with the content organized into four main sections:
- Costs
- Assets
- Users
- Security
Each section includes a Dashboard that offers key high-level metrics, helping you quickly understand the status of that area, and a set of Reports that allow for detailed exploration, filtering, and interaction with the underlying data.
Dashboards vs. Reports
-
Dashboards are built to give you immediate insights. They highlight trends, issues, or opportunities using pre-aggregated metrics, making them ideal for regular reviews and quick decision-making.
-
Reports complement dashboards by providing raw data views and advanced filters. They are useful when you need to investigate specific users, licenses, roles, or events in detail.
With this dual approach, Revopy gives you both the big picture and the fine details, all in one place.
