Potential Savings Report

The report on potential savings includes information on unused licenses as well as inactive or deactivated users.

Information Header and User Filter​

  • Potential Savings: Shows the potential savings amount.
  • Unassigned Cost: Displays the total cost of licenses that have not been assigned.
  • Inactive Cost: Shows the license cost assigned to inactive users.
  • Disabled Cost: Shows the cost assigned to deactivated users.
  • User Principal Name: Optional selection of one or more specific users (Ctrl + Click for multi-selection).

List of potential savings opportunities and configuration settings​
