Data Quality Report
The data quality report provides the ability to filter by specific data and improve the quality of the information.
Main Filters Section

User: the number of users based on the selected conditions.

City: Filter records by city: specified or missing.

Company: Filter records by company: specified or missing.

Office Location: Filter records by the office location: specified or missing.

Department: Filter records by department: specified or missing.

Phone: Filter records by phonenumber: specified or missing.

Job Title: Filter records by job-title: specified or missing.

User Principal Name: Filter by searching of users using user principal name (Ctrl + click for multi-selection).
Focus and Breakdown Section
- Focus Table: --
- Breakdown table: Information about the selected category. Clickable to narrow down the dataset.
- Breakdown Filter: Specification of the breakdown table based on given categories.
First, the breakdown filter should be selected, and then the breakdown.
By using Ctrl + click, multiple selections are possible in both the Focus Table and Breakdown.
User Details and Column Selector
- User Details: Displays all records under the given filters. Clickable.
- Column Selector: Limit the columns displayed in the dataset.
Clicking a record in User Details displays more information in the Breakdown.
