User Report

The User Report provides detailed information about users in relation to their licenses.

Main Filters Section

  • User: the number of users based on the selected conditions.
  • Created Date: Filter by the selecting the range of date when the user was created.
  • Last Sign-In Date: Filter by the selecting range of sign-in date of the user.
  • Account Enabled: Filter by enabled or disabled users.
  • Signed In: Filter by users that have logged-in to their accounts.
  • Active: Filter by users that have not signed in last 90 days.
  • User Principal Name: Filter by searching of users using user principal name (Ctrl + click for multi-selection).

Focus and Breakdown Section

  • Focus Table: Displays the distribution of Active, Inactive, and Disabled users.
  • Breakdown Table and Filter: Analyze user distribution based on selected parameters such as department or license type.

Tip

When right-clicking on a record in the user details table and selecting "Drillthrough," a detailed overview of that record is displayed.

  • User Details Table: Shows all users matching your current filter settings. The table comes with a default column set, which can be customized using the Column Selector to fit your preferences.

Use the filters efficiently to get precise user insights, especially when handling large datasets.
